Innovate, Modernize, Orchestrate: Preparing for the Age of Agents
AI-driven transformation is reshaping the way we live and work. Charting your organization’s path through the age of AI will require a focus on strategy, productivity, value creation, innovation, governance and people. Over the past 12 months, there has been a surge in experimentation, with organizations running an average of 40 proofs of concept (PoC). However, only 1 in 8 has successfully transitioned to production—a figure that falls significantly short of the minimum success rate needed for business leaders to maintain their investment strategies. Given the increasing IT costs, the value gap is doubly painful. The CIO is in the hot seat again.
