Design Thinking Workshop: Everything Everywhere All at Once: Cyber Crisis Edition
It begins with a single unpatched appliance. Within minutes, the incident spreads across systems, disrupts critical operations, compromises financial processes, and turns the organization’s own AI capabilities against it.
The environment is sophisticated. Defenses are modern. AI is embedded across the enterprise. Post-quantum migration is nearly complete.
In this 60-minute design-thinking simulation, participants will step into a fast-moving cyber crisis where one overlooked vulnerability triggers a systemic chain reaction.
One breach. Seven interconnected threads. Each table will manage a different dimension of the crisis, but only the room will see the full picture. Teams will face limited budgets, incomplete information, unexpected developments, and escalating pressure from the board, all while the adversary continues to adapt. Every decision will shape what happens next.
Designed to mirror the complexity of a real-world cyber crisis, the session will test how effectively CISOs can collaborate, prioritize, communicate, and respond when the stakes are high and time is running out.
Can the room connect the signals, contain the damage, and outmaneuver a common adversary before the crisis becomes irreversible?
