The AI-Powered Customer Advantage
Redefining Engagement in Indonesia’s Digital Economy
In Partnership With
Customer expectations in Indonesia are evolving rapidly, with consumers expecting immediate, personalized, and seamless digital interactions. While AI adoption is accelerating, many organizations are still working to connect AI-enabled customer engagement into an end-to-end customer journey.
IDC forecasts that organizations across Asia/Pacific will invest more than US$30 billion in AI by 2027 to deliver increasingly personalized customer experiences. In Indonesia, more than 75% of enterprises have adopted AI-enabled messaging, yet fewer than 10% have integrated it into a complete customer journey.
Join IDC and Meta Indonesia for an exclusive executive roundtable bringing together senior business, digital and customer experience leaders from Indonesia’s leading organizations. Designed as an interactive peer exchange, this session will explore how organizations across industries are responding to changing customer expectations, where common challenges remain, and what strategies will define trusted AI-powered customer engagement over the next three to five years.
