Agentic AI at Scale: The Foundation Gap
Agentic AI adoption across the GCC is no longer the question. IDC research indicates 37% of organizations are already deploying agentic AI, with another 34% actively exploring use cases. Yet most deployments remain isolated and workflow-specific. This keynote draws on IDC’s regional research to examine why scale is the unsolved problem and the operating model conditions that distinguish enterprises moving from pilot to production. The discussion covers data foundation, resilience scope, and operating model ownership in the context of UAE enterprises navigating both AI acceleration and rising geopolitical pressure.
