Andre Troskie is the EMEA Field CISO at Veeam, where he leads strategic cybersecurity initiatives across the region. In his role, he drives product strategy, go‑to‑market engagement, and collaboration with alliance partners and enterprise customers, with a strong focus on cyber resilience, risk management, and compliance.

With more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity management consulting, IT risk, and assurance services, Andre brings a wealth of expertise in helping organizations strengthen governance, mitigate threats, and build resilient security frameworks. His background spans Big‑4 professional services, global systems integrators, and private consulting practices.

Nina Tebbe leads Enterprise Sales across EMEA at Veeam, helping organisations strengthen cyber resilience and protect their most critical data. With extensive experience in driving digital resilience strategies for some of Europe’s largest organisations, she partners with customers to navigate complex data protection, cyber resilience, and cloud transformation challenges.

Jawad Moghnieh leads Veeam across Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, bringing 17 years in the industry to one of the region’s fastest-moving markets. He joined Veeam in 2016 and has grown the business by double digits every year since, built on sharp execution and close partnerships across the channel.

His focus is helping organisations in the Kingdom think differently about their data. That means making the case for Data & AI Trust in terms a board will act on, being direct about how ransomware actually unfolds, and keeping business continuity at the centre of the conversation rather than at the end of it. He knows the market deeply and works with customers as an advisor rather than a vendor, guiding them through the practical decisions that data resilience demands.

Born and based in Riyadh, Jawad holds an MBA from Hult International Business School. He has a track record of building teams that stay, shaping go-to-market strategies that hold up under pressure, and delivering growth that outlasts a single quarter.

In his role as associate research director for IT services and software across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META), Melih drives IDC’s regional research and consulting engagements in the areas of IT services, Cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), and intelligent automation.

He first joined IDC in 2012 as a senior research analyst located out of IDC’s Istanbul office, with various responsibilities for the firm’s IT services, cloud computing, software, and telecom domains — both in Turkey and across the wider META region. Between 2016 and 2021, Melih headed the international marketing and investor relations practice at P.I. Works, a global automation and AI software vendor that serves telecom operators.

Now back at IDC, Melih is leveraging his vast experience in the IT services, cloud, software, and telecommunications domains to advise clients on go-to-market strategies, technology marketing and promotion activities, and market trends analysis. He is also driving a wide variety of research and consulting projects across the META region.

Melih has also previously served as enterprise channel and marketing manager at Nortel Turkey and as business development and strategy manager at Netaş, one of the leading systems integrators in Turkey and a former Nortel subsidiary. He possesses a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and received his MBA from Esslingen University of Applied Sciences in Germany. He has worked as a business development specialist at HP and wrote his MBA thesis for the company, covering European retail channel trends and winning strategies for channel businesses.
