Chacko Thomas is a visionary Oracle Practice leader with over 25 years of ecosystem expertise, most recently serving as the Oracle Practice Leader at Infosys Consulting. An entrepreneurial, highly energetic executive, he is known for driving growth leadership and disruptive innovation while remaining deeply customer-obsessed.

Previously, Chacko spent 13 years at IBM as the Americas Oracle Leader, where he championed high-impact growth strategies to scale the business into one of the fastest-growing and largest Oracle practices in the region. Under his leadership, the team executed 200+ Oracle Cloud implementations, and he co-led the strategic acquisitions of Accelalpha and AST to accelerate practice innovation. Throughout his distinguished career—which also includes leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services—he has steered landmark Cloud Fusion/OCI rollouts, built a premier JD Edwards practice, co-created pioneering AI-driven Oracle Cloud offerings, and earned several prestigious industry awards for his forward-thinking leadership.

Chacko actively collaborates with Oracle User groups like Quest and OATUG. He holds a degree in Statistics and Computer Applications from Mumbai University, a post-graduate qualification in computer management from Symbiosis Institute, and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, MN. He is also a lifetime member of the Beta Gamma International Honor Society for Business Excellence.

Chacko lives in Dallas with his wife, two teenage sons (both basketball players), and two English Cream Golden Retrievers. He enjoys traveling and hosting friends and family.
