Biljana Atanasković is Director of the ICT Department at Banca Intesa Beograd and a senior technology and digital transformation executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across the banking and FMCG industries.

She has led large-scale technology, data, and transformation initiatives, combining deep IT expertise with a strong business perspective. Prior to joining Banca Intesa Beograd, she served as Head of Data Management & Analytics at Nelt, where she led a major cloud-based, enterprise-wide data and analytics transformation across an international business environment.

Biljana is recognized as a results-oriented leader and consensus builder, with extensive experience partnering with senior executives, building high-performing teams, and leading complex cross-functional programs.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mirko Talajic, PhD, is Director of IT, AI & Business Digitalization Division at Triglav osiguranje Hrvatska in Zagreb. He brings extensive experience in IT, data, and analytics leadership, having previously served as Head of Analytical Systems Support and Chief Data Officer at Hrvatska poštanska banka, and in senior IT and business intelligence leadership roles at Zagrebačka banka.

Since 2016, Mirko has also been a University Lecturer at Algebra University College, teaching AI/ML, data governance, data engineering, and cloud analytics. He holds a PhD in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Faculty for Information Studies in Novo Mesto, Slovenia, and a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Economics, Zagreb.

Milan Bukorović is Chief Technology Officer at Nelt Group, where he leads the IT function. He focuses on digital transformation, information security, and connecting IT with real business needs. He has extensive experience working with complex systems and large organizations. He is currently focused on major transformation projects, including SAP S/4HANA and the application of AI in business processes. His approach is pragmatic and results-driven, rather than technology for technology’s sake.

Igor Stojanovic is Senior Director of Global IT Operations at STADA, leading global teams responsible for Cloud Platforms, Data Centers, IT Service Management, SAP Technical Services, and Operational Excellence.

Over the course of his career across telecommunications, fintech, and life sciences, he has led large-scale digital transformations, cloud modernization programs, and global service management initiatives. His expertise spans IT operations, cloud strategy, automation, governance, and AI-driven service delivery.

Igor is passionate about harnessing emerging technologies to improve employee experience, strengthen operational resilience, and deliver measurable business value. He brings extensive experience in leading global organizations through complex technology and business transformation programs.

Josip Kelava is Executive Director of Information Technology at Tokić in Zagreb, a role he has held since May 2026. He previously served as Director of Technology (2023–2026) and Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation (2021–2023) at the same company, building on more than six years there across IT leadership and product roles.

Earlier in his career, Josip worked internationally, including as a Datacenter Technician at Amazon in Dublin. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences and completed executive education at IEDC – Bled School of Management, alongside AWS cloud certifications.

Milorad Bjelogrlić is a senior IT executive with over 20 years of experience delivering and launching complex IT projects, digital products, and services across sectors including telecoms, banking, retail, and government. He holds an MSc in Computer Engineering and an Executive MBA, combining a strong background in business administration and management with deep technical expertise.

Milorad currently serves as Group Technology and Transformation Director at Sport Vision, where he is responsible for supporting and transforming modern retail businesses across 13 countries. Previously, as IT Planning and Digital Transformation Director at Telekom Srbija, he established a new role for the IT organization focused on driving revenue generation through technology, managed a multi-million-euro budget, and led the roadmap and digital transformation of core platforms, applications, and portals. He also served on the supervisory board of MTS Sistemi i Integracije, governing the launch of its IT systems integration business.

Known for creating scalable, resilient, and fit-for-purpose IT infrastructure, Milorad has a track record of driving operational efficiencies, business transformation, and performance excellence. He is equally passionate about people development, having built and led high-performing cross-functional teams throughout his career.

Muhamed Hasić is Director of IT at Sarajevo Osiguranje d.d., a role he has held since 2016, where he leads the company’s information technology function. Prior to this, he spent over 13 years as IT Manager at Mikrokreditna fondacija Sunrise in Sarajevo, building a long-standing career in IT leadership within Bosnia and Herzegovina’s financial sector.

Muhamed holds a Master’s degree in Management, with a focus on Strategic IT Management, from the University of Sarajevo.

Tamara Slapar is Deputy ICT Director at ELES, the system operator of Slovenia’s electricity transmission network, where she leads and manages ICT projects and initiatives supporting the company’s strategic goals and operational excellence. She brings over four years of experience in this role and more than twenty years of experience in the IT and services industry.

Her core competencies include ERP implementation, business process improvement, requirements analysis, pricing strategy, and negotiation. Tamara holds a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics, and is a PMP-certified project manager through PMI.

Feđa Zeljković is Director of the Technology and IT Sector at MK Group, where his core responsibilities focus on business digitalization, the development and implementation of innovative solutions, and defining the company’s information technology strategy. With extensive experience gained across various sectors, including finance, banking, and healthcare, Feđa has successfully led numerous significant projects.

Throughout his career, he has worked on a range of key software solutions both domestically and internationally, contributing to the improvement of business processes and organizational efficiency.

He graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade.

Srđan Katić is a Technology Architect with more than 25 years of international experience leading technology, integration, security and retail architecture across European programs and organizations. Earlier in his career, he led complex technology, integration, and security initiatives in large enterprise environments, including Fortune 500 companies. At Ahold Delhaize, one of the world’s largest food retail groups, he has held multiple regional leadership roles, including leading the Integration Design team across Belgium and Southeastern Europe. Today, as a Business Technology Architect, he shapes Core Retail architecture, store technology strategy, and enterprise integration capabilities at European scale. A regular contributor to international conferences and architecture forums, Srđan is recognized for connecting business strategy with technology execution in complex multinational organizations.

Ivan Skender is an execution-focused, high-energy executive with over 20 years of experience in commercial and business development roles across the IT and telecommunications industries. He has a strong track record of identifying, building, and managing products and services across regions and functions.

Ivan’s current focus is on digital capabilities in business transformation, and on enabling people and culture for agile organizations.
