The New AI Value Playbook: Making AI Business Value Visible and Measurable
Proving the business value of AI has become the defining challenge of the enterprise AI era. Traditional ROI models, built for predictable IT investments, fall short when applied to AI initiatives that reshape workflows, accelerate decisions, and create entirely new revenue streams. IDC predicts that by 2027, 55% of G1000 CIOs will be tasked with creating enterprise AI value playbooks featuring expanded ROI frameworks that capture efficiency, growth, and innovation impact. This panel brings together senior CIOs to unpack what those playbooks look like in practice, how to instrument AI investments, communicate value to the board, and translate model performance into tangible business outcomes.

From Employees to Agents: Security and Governance for Enterprise AI
Employees use AI mostly through a chat window today. Soon agents running in the background will take over part of our work, reading our email, opening our files and acting inside our systems. How many agents do we have, what data does each see, and under whose authority do they act? Do we know where our email and file content goes without our knowledge, or whether a hidden instruction can steer an agent? Responsibility for breaching KVKK, GDPR or the EU AI Act without knowing it remains ours. Adding control later is harder than building it in.
