Jonathan Tullett is Associate Research Director for IT Services across Sub-Saharan Africa. His specialist areas include IT services, outsourcing, cloud computing, information security, and digital transformation.

Originally from the U.K. and currently based in Johannesburg, Jonathan has spent two decades working in technology and media across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In addition to consulting and research, he has worked in cybersecurity and application development.

Jonathan leads research and consulting projects across Sub-Saharan Africa as well as engagements in Europe and the Middle East, helping customers navigate emerging digital business opportunities, refine competitive go-to-market strategies, and gain insights into regional market performance.

Roshan Koonja is Group Chief Information & External Affairs Officer at Constance Hospitality Management Ltd., a luxury hospitality group listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius with operations spanning nine countries across the Indian Ocean, the Maldives, and beyond. He chairs the group’s IT Steering Committee and leads its technology strategy — including a group-wide agentic AI programme that has cut reservation quote turnaround from 30–45 minutes to under 2 minutes, alongside PMS platform architecture, cybersecurity governance, and a significant reduction in cyber-risk exposure — bringing nearly three decades of technology leadership in international luxury hospitality to the role.

Beyond Constance, Roshan is Chairman of the Mauritius Digital Promotion Agency (MDPA), a statutory body under the Ministry of ICT, where he oversees national initiatives including the MAUSIGN digital-trust certification authority and the KOREK national super-app adoption programme. He is also Vice-Chairperson of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD), contributing to national governance standards.

Mr Heman Jeawon, as Executive Director of the Mauritius Digital Promotion Agency, has a distinguished portfolio of executive leadership, strategic management, and corporate governance.

A seasoned strategist, Mr Jeawon is recognised for his capability in driving operational efficiency, implementing cost-saving systems, and ensuring strict budgetary compliance while meeting tight deadlines. His professional expertise is supported by a robust academic foundation, including an MSc in Software Project Management with a specialisation in Computer Security, a BSc in Computing and Information Systems, and a Certificate in Contract Law from Harvard University. Furthermore, he has contributed extensively to higher education as a lecturer in Cybercrime, Social Media, Networking, and ICT across several tertiary institutions.

He has a highly successful tenure as Managing Director of HABS Ltd between 2020 and 2026, where he directed operations encompassing ICT consultancy, networking, and comprehensive enterprise security solutions.

His extensive career includes a significant period serving as the Administrative Manager at the Mauritius Broadcasting Corporation (MBC). In this capacity, Mr Jeawon managed an administration department of 150 staff and oversaw critical corporate functions—including legal, procurement, and infrastructure—for a national broadcaster with a workforce of 750 employees.

He further demonstrated his leadership capability by serving as Acting Director General in August 2018.

Throughout his professional history, he has been deeply involved in directorate-level decision-making and has chaired multiple strategic boards, including Corporate Good Governance, Tender, and Audit & Risk Management Committees.
