Sharath Srinivasamurthy
Sharath Srinivasamurthy is an associate vice president who heads the research group for IDC India. His research expertise cuts across the multiple facets of digital transformation (DX).
Sharath has around 20 years of experience in different leadership roles with leading IT services firms. Before IDC, he worked in different roles including solutioning, presales, project management, business analysis, and application support and development. Sharath has worked in various capacities in global markets, namely the United States, Asia, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
Sharath previously worked with DXC Technology as Asia Head-Solutioning for Application Services, Global Head-Solutioning and Business Unit head in the application services business of Xchanging and led application support and development services for Zensar Technologies. He also worked with Hewlett-Packard and Cognizant
He is a distinguished leader and a frequent keynote speaker. Sharath’s views on technology have been quoted in numerous publications such as CNBC, Forbes India, The Economic Times, and CIO.com.
Sharath holds a Global MBA from SP Jain, Singapore and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from VTU, Karnataka.

Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Tata Starbucks, Nikhil is recognized for driving transformative initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Nikhil has a proven track record in technology transformation, encompassing application and infrastructure modernization, ERP implementations, global program management, workforce and digital transformation, and consulting. He has worked across domains including Corporate and Investment Banking, Insurance, and the Hospitality sector with Infosys, Oracle Financial Services Software, BNP Paribas, Citicorp, and Travel Food Services, Nikhil is celebrated for his ability to craft innovative solutions in challenging situations. An ISB alumnus and a graduate in Industrial Engineering from Pune, Nikhil combines technical prowess with strategic vision to lead impactful technology transformations.
Vinod Bhat
A business leader with 29+ years of extensive experience in Driving Business Transformations leveraging Digital technologies, Managing Relationships at Board & CXO level, P&L ownership for Global business, Driving Business Strategy & Planning, Sales, Delivery, Operations with deep understanding of the Industry and Global team dynamics. In previous role as CIO at Vistara, he elevated Vistara Experience further to the customers & staff by leveraging digital technologies across the value chain. He was instrumental in improving Operational Excellence through automation interventions and process improvements, with the right balance of cost and value. At Vistara, he enabled transformation in the IT infrastructure by delivering improvements across platforms & tools with right set of SLAs.
Vinod has worked in multiple geographies (USA, UK, Europe, APAC) performing various roles. He has spent considerable time of 10 years in North America and has worked closely with key IT & business leaders at CXO level for more than 20 years. He spends time in building next level leadership and believes in open door policy. He is PMP and CSQA certified. He is passionate about health & fitness, CSR and enjoys music in free time.

Kripadyuti is an accomplished IT evangelist and learner, with over 23 years of experience in the global IT industry. He has led AI initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and enterprise IT roadmaps, and have managed program management for prominent Indian conglomerates such as AmbujaNeotia Group, RUPA & Co Ltd., and ABP Pvt. Ltd., as well as global MNCs like IBM and Cognizant. In the service delivery role, Kripadyuti has managed IT services for global giants such as Duty-Free Shop, John Deere Power Systems, Dow Corning, Xerox, Schwan’s Food, Burger King, Mentor Graphics, Nestle, N-Power, IBM Blue Harmony, SKF Bearing, and many more across diverse industries including retail, manufacturing, chemicals, consumer packaged goods, media, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate.
Currently, as the Group CIO of AmbujaNeotia, a leading Indian conglomerate with a strong presence in real estate, healthcare, and hospitality, Kripadyuti is at the forefront of promoting digital transformation for optimal performance. They leverage BOTs, AI, and ensure reliability and security across enterprise business applications in both digital spaces like Digital Twins and Video Analytics, as well as core ERP systems such as SAP ECC and HANA, Salesforce CRM, Tableau Analytics, along with IT security and the hybridization of workloads with a Cloud Native Strategy. Kripadyuti is an alumnus of Jadavpur University and IIMC.

Madhavi Kanumoory is the Chief Digital & Information Officer at Birla Carbon, Aditya Birla Group. She is responsible for leading digital business transformation through technology and digital innovation, strategy and execution across the company.
Madhavi is passionate about driving differentiating outcomes through technology. She has over 25 years of experience and has held several global leadership positions in the US and in India across various industry segments. Throughout her career, she has traversed through the breadth of IT and business functions. She actively coaches and mentors individuals through their careers and is known for building high performance teams.
Madhavi holds an Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, India and has completed several leadership courses throughout her career. On the personal front, she enjoys traveling to new places, trying different cuisines, meeting new people and experiencing different cultures.
