IDC & SAP Executive Dinner
Unlocking Tangible Business Value with AI: Strategies for Success

To remain competitive and fuel sustainable growth, businesses must move beyond experimental AI pilots and embrace strategic, enterprise-wide integration. A pivotal enabler of this shift is the rise of advanced AI agents—intelligent systems embedded directly into core business processes to drive efficiency, innovation, and agility.
IDC defines AI Agents as LLM- powered autonomous software entities that perceive their environment, make decisions, act upon them and interact with users or other systems in a manner like a human. AI agents mark a new phase in the rapid evolution of AI, transitioning from assistants like chatbots and copilots to more autonomous – but under human supervision – systems and scenarios.

According to the latest IDC Future Enterprise Resiliency & Spending Survey, 44% of UK Large Organizations are already investing significantly in agentic AI with acquisition and training plans for using agentic AI-enhanced software.
As organizations advance along their AI-driven digital transformation journey, they must prioritize key imperatives: establishing a robust data strategy, ensuring the ethical and responsible adoption of AI, seamlessly integrating AI with existing digital infrastructure, and clearly demonstrating the return on AI investments.
At this dinner, you’ll have the chance to discuss your Business AI plans and challenges with experts from IDC and SAP, and learn from other digital leaders on topics such as:
- AI Agents integration into Business Processes for Efficiency and Reliability
- The role of data and AI Governance
- Measuring AI Business Value and ROI
