Discover the Future of Asset Lifecycle Management with AI-Infused Innovation
Register NowOverview
Global spending on Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) applications is projected to grow at a 12.1% CAGR between 2024 and 2029, with public cloud deployments expanding even faster at 19.4%. This surge is being fueled by the rapid infusion of Generative AI and agentic AI, which are already reshaping the way enterprises manage their assets. In fact, an IDC survey shows that over 60% of ALM customers are already leveraging GenAI features within their solutions — a clear signal of the shift toward AI-driven asset management.
Building on this momentum, eSolutions , IBM and IDC invite you to an interactive half-day event that explores how AI, digital twins, and data-driven platforms are redefining the entire asset lifecycle — from planning and operations to sustainability and performance optimization.

What to Expect
The event will showcase the latest advancements in smarter asset lifecycle management, highlight innovations in next-generation facility operations, and demonstrate how AI-powered inspection and monitoring can drive proactive maintenance. Participants will also explore emerging sustainability strategies and hear real-world perspectives from leading enterprises on scaling digital transformation.

Christopher Genin
Chris Genin is the Global VP Asset Management for DP World Ports & Terminals.
Marine Terminals are asset intensive and DP World’s global network represents an investment of tens of billions in equipment and infrastructure. But the value these assets deliver far exceeds their replacement value. A great example of this is Jebel Ali and the surrounding free zone (JAFZA). With over 100 cranes and five terminals, the contribution that JAFZA makes to the overall economy of the UAE is significant. DP World has been using Maximo for over 25 years in some of its terminals and has recently been consolidating all their Ports & Terminals assets into a single Maximo instance using IBMs SaaS offering.
Based in Dubai, Chris has lived and worked in Australia, the UK and Europe. He has been working with assets since leaving school over 30 years ago, and has variously called himself an asset management specialist, reliability engineer, maintenance manager, and consultant across the transportation, infrastructure, resource and defence sectors.
