IDC Keynote – Unlocking the Potential of AI: CIO and CEO as Strategic Partners
The impact of Artificial Intelligence is becoming increasingly pervasive for businesses and public administrations. Fully realizing the benefits of AI means going beyond simple process automation to replace manual labor. CEOs who want to leverage AI to create new business opportunities, enhance customer service, and have a positive impact on society need their CIOs as strategic partners. Tu fully unlock the potential of AI, CIOs must collaborate with other senior leaders, such as CAIOs and CISOs, and must know how to skillfully combine:
- Knowledge of technologies and market inner workings.
- A comprehensive view of strategic goals and organizational capabilities.
- Awareness of AI risks to drive responsible innovation.
