Claudia Medina
With more than 12 years of experience in ICT industry, Claudia Medina collaborate as Enterprise Solutions Manager for IDC Mexico, she is responsible for the Software & Cloud Solutions, IT Services and Business Infrastructure Research programs. She also participates in several consulting projects for Mexico and LATAM whose have allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the main trends and technological needs of the business sector.
Due to having constant interaction with many companies in the ICT industry, Medina has positioned himself as an opinion leader in different industry forums, participating as a speaker in both IDC and suppliers’ events.
Claudia’s areas of expertise focus on knowledge of the Mexican ICT market, particularly on topics such as: 3rd platform technologies (Big Data, Mobile, Social and Cloud), Digital Transformation, and technological adoption and trends in the Mexican public sector.
