Deepika is a seasoned data and AI professional and brings extensive knowledge about the impact of data engineering, big data cloud platforms, and data science across critical sectors. She has extensive experience in software delivery as well as sales leadership and management. She also has over 20 years of experience in IT services, including leadership roles, at Capgemini, Infosys, and Accenture, and has strong industry expertise in the telecommunications and retail industries. More so, Deepika has an entrepreneurial spirit and has previously founded her own online retail fashion business.

Deepika holds a master’s degree in communication systems engineering from the University of Kent in United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications from the University of Madras, India.

Nawal Alotaibi is the Business Planning Director at the National Data Bank (NDB), part of the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). She specializes in business strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation, with a focus on advancing national data initiatives and translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

In her role, Nawal contributes to the strategic planning and development of the National Data Bank and its ecosystem of national data platforms. Her work focuses on advancing operational excellence, supporting data-driven government transformation, and strengthening the adoption and value realization of national data initiatives.

Nawal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an Executive MBA. She has also completed executive education in Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Business Strategy, and Leadership at leading global institutions, including Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Kellogg School of Management, Babson College, and UC Berkeley, alongside professional certifications in data management”.

Christina Lee is a distinguished Information and Digital Technology Leader with over three decades of experience driving transformation for Fortune 500 multi-national brands. Currently serving as the APAC CIO, she oversees a team across 14 countries and global competency centre, leading AI-driven internal transformations and external product delivery.

Throughout her career, Christina has held high-impact leadership roles at prestigious companies, including Kering Group, L’Oréal, and Estée Lauder Companies. Her expertise lies in bridging the gap between technology and business, having successfully restructured tech functions into strategic partners that drive revenue and innovation. 

Christina holds a BS in Computer Science from Yonsei University and an MBA from the University of Arizona. She furthered her expertise with executive training in Artificial Intelligence at MIT. Known as a strong organization builder, she excels at developing high-performing, multi-cultural teams.

Ram Tallavajhala is a Principal AI Field Engineer at Boomi, working across Global Field Engineering with a focus on the Asia-Pacific enterprise market. He partners with customers across education, resources, finance, and government to translate emerging AI and integration capability into field-tested demos, technical proof points, and talk tracks for analyst briefings and customer engagements.

Ram brings 25 years of enterprise integration experience to the role, 8 of them at Boomi, the majority spent building out generative and agentic AI capability since its inception. His work spans agent governance and orchestration, API and data management, event-driven architecture, and grounding AI systems in trusted enterprise data — with hands-on experience across major cloud AI platforms and enterprise application ecosystems.

He’s known internally for building field-executable positioning that holds up under scrutiny from sophisticated buyers and analysts — consistently pushing for honest, capability-versus-roadmap clarity rather than overstatement in customer- and analyst-facing material.

With a background spanning sales engineering, solution design, and business intelligence consulting, Cuan brings deep technical insight and a practical, results-driven approach. He has led numerous data platform evaluations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and architecture reviews, always focusing on aligning technical capabilities with business goals. Before joining Actian, he also held senior roles at Insight Software and Oracle, where he served in a solution advisory capacity.

Simon Lewry is the Director of Solution Architect for the Asia-Pacific region, where he leads a high-performing team responsible for designing and delivering innovative technical architecture solutions across global data centers, private, public, and hybrid hosting environments, and complex networking landscapes. With over 25 years of experience in technology, advisory, and services, Simon is a seasoned leader known for his consultative approach to problem-solving. He combines deep industry expertise with a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes across global markets, including extensive experience in the Asia region. Throughout his career, Simon has partnered with enterprise customers to strategically align technology with business objectives, drive customer-focused innovation, and lead transformation initiatives that enhance business performance. His ability to foster collaboration, guide technology strategy, and navigate complex transitions has positioned him as a trusted advisor in the digital transformation space.

Geraldine Chen is a Senior Advisor on AI execution at Camunda, working with enterprise leaders across Asia Pacific. With close to a decade of experience across technology scale-ups and advisory roles, she brings a practitioner’s view of the gap between AI ambition and real-world execution. Her work with regulated organizations, particularly in the region’s financial sector, has shown her what it takes to move AI from promising pilots into production, including the governance, orchestration, and cross-team alignment involved. She focuses on practical paths to scaling AI responsibly and with measurable impact.

Hari Srinivasan is a Principal Technologist at Equinix, where he helps shape the go-to-market strategy for Equinix’s products and solutions with a focus on distributed AI deployments and modern infrastructure solutions. With more than 15 years of experience across product marketing, solution architecture, and product management, Hari brings a deep understanding of how digital infrastructure can enable innovation at scale.

At Equinix, Hari works closely with global product teams, executive leadership, and strategic partners to identify shared value and open new market pathways. He has launched multiple products and solutions across the Asia Pacific region, helping enterprises and service providers design architectures that deliver performance, control, and observability across hybrid and multicloud environments.
