Deepika is a seasoned data and AI professional and brings extensive knowledge about the impact of data engineering, big data cloud platforms, and data science across critical sectors. She has extensive experience in software delivery as well as sales leadership and management. She also has over 20 years of experience in IT services, including leadership roles, at Capgemini, Infosys, and Accenture, and has strong industry expertise in the telecommunications and retail industries. More so, Deepika has an entrepreneurial spirit and has previously founded her own online retail fashion business.

Deepika holds a master’s degree in communication systems engineering from the University of Kent in United Kingdom and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications from the University of Madras, India.

Nawal Alotaibi is the Business Planning Director at the National Data Bank (NDB), part of the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA). She specializes in business strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation, with a focus on advancing national data initiatives and translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

In her role, Nawal contributes to the strategic planning and development of the National Data Bank and its ecosystem of national data platforms. Her work focuses on advancing operational excellence, supporting data-driven government transformation, and strengthening the adoption and value realization of national data initiatives.

Nawal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an Executive MBA. She has also completed executive education in Data Strategy, AI Strategy, Business Strategy, and Leadership at leading global institutions, including Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Kellogg School of Management, Babson College, and UC Berkeley, alongside professional certifications in data management”.

Hwee Cher is a veteran information security leader with over 25 years of extensive experience spanning eight diverse industries. Dedicated to helping organisations build resilience, she specialises in guiding and coaching businesses to implement practical cybersecurity strategies and effective programmes that robustly enhance security posture while seamlessly enabling business growth.

Throughout her career, Hwee Cher has developed deep expertise across governance, network and system hardening, vulnerability management, and complex risk assessments—including IT, Cloud, OT, IoT, and M&A security reviews. She is highly proficient in navigating strict global compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, MAS, and IM8. Renowned for her adaptability and resourcefulness, she is a proven pioneer of new security initiatives who excels at securing executive buy-in and leading high-performing, cross-geographical teams.
