Shari Lava
Shari Lava is Group Vice-President, AI, Data, and Automation. Ms. Lava’s core research coverage includes the fast-evolving AI software market, as well as the Automation and Data foundations essential for deploying AI at enterprise scale. This includes deep analysis of market dynamics, adoption trends, and how these technologies converge to deliver superior business outcomes. She is based remotely in Toronto, Canada.
Previously at IDC, Shari led the integration and AI enablement research program within the AI, Data and Automation group, alongside the Small and Medium Business (SMB) program, enabling technology suppliers to better navigate the SMB ecosystem. Prior to IDC, she was Vice President, Marketing Intelligence at Greystone Managed Investments, an asset management firm, where she leveraged data analytics to drive success across the customer journey. Before that, Ms. Lava led the Vendor Advisory Services practice at Info-Tech Research Group, delivering actionable market insights to technology vendors. Earlier, she was a management consultant with Deloitte’s CRM and Information Management practices, specializing in implementing and integrating applications for clients of all sizes across diverse industries
Radhika Josyula
Radhika Josyula brings more than two decades of experience spanning enterprise technology, strategy consulting, and engineering. As Group Vice President of Product Management for Strategic Partnerships at ServiceNow, she is responsible for driving the company’s long-term strategic partnerships, helping shape product co-innovation and joint solutions, driving customer adoption and commercial success of the joint solutions.
Throughout her over seven-year journey at ServiceNow, Radhika has played a key role in the company’s evolution, previously serving as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and contributing to major growth and transformation initiatives. Her work focuses on anticipating shifts in the technology landscape, aligning executive priorities, and identifying new market opportunities.
Before joining ServiceNow, Radhika was a Principal at Bain & Company, advising Fortune 500 clients, especially in the TMT sector on corporate strategy, M&A, and operational performance. Earlier in their career, they spent nearly a decade as a senior software engineer at Cisco Systems, building a strong technical foundation that continues to inform their strategic thinking.
Radhika holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Buffalo, and a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
Passionate about connecting strategy with execution, Radhika is known for her collaborative leadership style, analytical mindset, and commitment to driving impact through thoughtful, forward-looking decisions.
