PRIMAS 2026

AI ambition is accelerating across the enterprise but converting that ambition into measurable business value remains a critical challenge. According to IBM IBV research, while 80% of executives expect AI to contribute significantly to revenue by 2030, only 25% have a clear understanding of where that value will originate. As organizations move beyond experimentation, the focus is rapidly shifting from isolated AI initiatives to enterprise-wide scale, operational readiness, governance, and measurable ROI.
PRIMAS – The 25% Club is an exclusive two-day invite only event designed for a select group of senior business and technology leaders navigating this transition. Built around the overarching theme of Scaling AI Across the Enterprise, the forum will explore what it truly takes to operationalize AI at scale: from building the right technology and data foundations, to securing AI systems by design, to unlocking business value through agentic AI and intelligent operations. Structured across three dedicated tracks, the event will enable candid peer discussions, strategic insight sharing, and practical conversations on how organizations can move AI from experimentation to sustainable enterprise impact.

Built on Sand: The Hidden Cost of Scaling Enterprise AI
Enterprise AI initiatives are stalling despite booming investment. According to IDC, only ~5% of enterprise data is ever put to use, and most GenAI pilots fail to reach production due to persistent gaps in data readiness, infrastructure, cost, and governance. Organizations with strong governance, by contrast, are seeing up to a 40x jump in AI agent deployment – proof that data quality, hybrid infrastructure, and embedded governance are no longer optional, but the non-negotiable foundations for scaling agentic AI.

India’s AI Moment
India’s enterprises are racing to scale AI, yet most remain stuck between promising pilots and real production impact. This opening session sets the scene on India’s AI trajectory before turning to the question that frames the entire day: “What’s stopping enterprises from scaling AI?” I’ll be joined by leading CIOs, CISOs, and CDOs to unpack what’s really holding transformation back from modernizing infrastructure and navigating digital sovereignty, to securing AI at scale, to turning pilots into measurable P&L impact.
Rishi Aurora
Managing Partner, India & South Asia, IBM Consulting
The Problem Statement: 90 Day AI Acceleration Plan
As AI adoption accelerates, enterprises are under pressure to move beyond experimentation and deliver measurable business outcomes. This fireside chat will explore how organizations are scaling AI responsibly, securely, and strategically across the enterprise.

The Ecosystem Keynote: The Power of Ecosystem
As enterprises move from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide scale, one truth is becoming clear: no single provider can deliver it alone. In this keynote, leaders from IBM Consulting, Red Hat, AWS and Palo Alto Networks come together to show how a coordinated ecosystem turns fragmented AI initiatives into scalable, secure, and value-generating enterprise outcomes. The conversation will explore how open platforms, embedded security, and transformation expertise interlock across the AI stack, why collaborative ecosystems accelerate time-to-value and de-risk adoption, and how India’s enterprises can harness partnership as their real competitive advantage on the path to becoming part of the 25% who turn AI ambition into impact.
