Operationalizing AI at Scale in Hybrid, Cost-Constrained Environments
As enterprises in Hong Kong accelerate their AI journeys, many have moved beyond experimentation, yet scaling AI across the organisation remains a significant challenge. While investment in AI continues to grow, organisations are increasingly encountering constraints around infrastructure readiness, integration complexity, and rising operational costs.
For enterprises operating in Hong Kong’s highly dynamic and regulated environment, these challenges are even more pronounced. The need to balance performance, compliance, and cost is driving a shift toward hybrid architectures, where decisions around data, workloads, and deployment models have a direct impact on AI outcomes.
This exclusive roundtable with IDC in partnership with HPE X Microware will bring together CIOs and senior IT leaders to explore how organisations can move from AI ambition to AI reality, transitioning from isolated pilots to scalable, cost-efficient AI deployments that deliver measurable business value. The discussion will focus on practical strategies to overcome current constraints, optimise infrastructure, and build AI environments aligned to real enterprise needs.
Strategic Discussion Areas
- From Pilot to Production: What’s Breaking?
- The Cost Reality of AI at Scale
- Hybrid by Design, Not by Default
- Bridging the Execution Gap
- Defining Success in Enterprise AI
